But I'll be honest ... You won't hit home runs all the time. In fact, many of your shirts won't sell well at all...

One of our members came up with this Christian t-shirt design idea from the movie Scarface starring Al Pacino. He reached out to me and gave me the rights to use his idea and I had one of my graphic designers work on it... I would have bet the farm this would have been a top seller.

Which leads to my next point... This is where most people quit. They come up with 1 or 2 design ideas and they don't sell all that well and then they quit.
Over the years, I've realized that 80% of the revenue I earned came from only 20% of the t-shirt. In other words, if we had 30 t-shirts on our website, that means only 6 of them were bringing in most of the money.
Which meant that the other 24 shirts weren't doing well at all. 80% of our revenue was being generated from those 6 t-shirts.
So what that means for you is that most of the designs you come up with won't do all that well. But you gotta stick around long enough to learn which designs will do well for you.
Earlier I told you that just one t-shirt we were selling brought in over $300,000 in sales ... Just ONE!
We had another one that brought in over $200,000 buckaroos ... As you can see, just between two shirts we were able to generate over half a million in sales. You don't have to have a bunch of winners to win big.... You just gotta stick around and keep testing your different t-shirt ideas to be successful.

The designs on your shirts is what your'e selling. It's important this part is right because it will play a big part in whether people buy or not. Designing your own graphics may not be the greatest idea unless you're an experienced graphic designer. In this section, we go over the pros and cons of designing your own artwork versus outsourcing it. We discuss the necessary software, tools, resources and formats to put your artwork in, and we show you how to find the best graphic designers to do the work.

There's a formula that indicates most of the shirts you create won't sell well. But we'll show you how to exploit this formula to generate massive sales and results.
Also, what makes a design good or bad? How many t-shirt designs should you start with when launching? How do you come up with your own 'collection'? And how do you customize the labels on back of the shirts? All of this and more is covered in this session.
:: Presenting Your T-shirts & Designs for BIG Sales
Presentation is everything. With the Internet, you can make your t-shirt company appear as small or as large as you wish. Hiring a professional photographer and getting models to wear your shirts can do a lot for your brand. I'll show you how to find the right photographer, where and where NOT to do your photoshoot. I'll also provide you with a 'model release' template that gives you the rights to use all photographs as you choose. In addition, we cover different ways to package your tees for shipment.
3. Getting Your Brand Online
Get access to millions of prospective clients from around the world with your t-shirt company website. In this module training, we'll take you through the process of getting your company on the world wide web.

How to choose the right dot-com name is as important as choosing the right e-commerce platform to power your website. In this session, we cover all of the important pieces like collecting payments, setting up shipping options, using sizing charts and all the things that drive customer sales up!
:: Establishing Your Presence on Social Media
Using social media as a marketing tool to grow your brand is one of the best things you can do for your tshirt business. Social media is great for driving eyeballs to your brand and it can help boost your rankings in the natural search listings results page. 4. Sales and Growth

The fastest way to get sales flowing through your website is to pay for very targeted traffic. There are several training sessions covering a variety of topics on how to use the Internet to sell and promote your t-shirt company. We discuss paid traffic methods like Google and Bing's Pay Per Click Model, Facebook, LinkedIn and InstaGram advertising. And we also talk about other cheaper and free options for getting traffic to your website.

There are a bunch of niche specific trade shows happening all over the world. There are a few things you need to know if you're wanting to get your line of t-shirts into retail stores. Ever heard of 'line-sheets'? You need one of these to get your foot in the door. Linesheets are like a catalog. They typically show the type of designs/shirts you have, an order form, costs and usually dictates terms. In this session, we cover the baics.
